Yankwitt (former Clerk to Judge Underhill), advises us that his firm, Silver Golub and Teitell, L.L.P., is looking to hire several associates at the junior, medium and senior levels. Sliver Golub is a 13-person plaintiff's litigation firm and covers the spectrum of plaintiff's litigation - medical malpractice, commercial torts, class action, personal injury, products liability, sexual harassment, etc.

Job Opening: Clerkship Preferred
DCLC Member, Dan Young, advises the group that there is a job opening at Wofsey, Rosen, Kweskin & Kuriansky, LLP, in which Dan is a partner. Wofsey Rosen is looking for a junior litigation associate, and would prefer applicants with clerkship experience and/or a few years in private practice. The associate would handle all types of litigation, including commercial, employment, personal injury, family law, construction, etc.
